Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before service work begins. If work has already started, cancellation eligibility depends on completed work, time spent, third-party costs, and the agreed scope.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment by emailing support@armera.in. Approved refunds are based on undelivered scope and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

Non-Refundable Items

Domain purchases, hosting charges, software subscriptions, payment gateway fees, third-party platform fees, and completed service work may be non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The final credit timeline may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
